Hey guys :)
I haven't posted for a while-- first off, senior year is CRAZY and secondly, my family and I are going through some really tough stuff right now that I can hopefully tell you about later. But for now, I want to focus on a couple thoughts I've been holding on to through it all. To begin, I wanted to tell you all that I'm still going to Grace Community Church, I think I've posted about it before on here... It's a really awesome and welcoming non-denominational church close to where I live. I grew up in a Roman Catholic church and love the traditional religion and I still have a great relationship with the church. It helped me lay the foundation of my faith and understand how it all works. But this non-denominational church is helping me work out a more personal relationship with Jesus. They hold inspiring worship services and the lead pastor is an amazing speaker. That all branches off of my personal faith walk through this stuff that my family is going through. My dad has always been such a strong man of faith, teaching me and my siblings and raising us up strong in the faith. When this all started out, Dad sat us all down and said "Our circumstances may change but our God will not," reminding us that we need to live moment to moment, trusting God in all that we do. Finally, this weekend's sermon at Grace had an underlying message that I'm really going to try and hold close to me this week and forward... Trust that God will provide for you tomorrow as He has today. Hope you all have a good week! Thanks for reading. Until next time, M
